Return Conditions

All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and well-packaged to prevent damage.

Items must be returned with their original packaging intact, with tags still attached.

Please do not tape or attach anything directly to the product’s original packaging.
Exclusions
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

Items with broken seals or missing tags.

Certain products for health and hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, and personal care products.
Shipping & Refund Policy

Freight charges are non-refundable, as they have already been incurred.

If you purchased furniture or bulky items over $100 with free delivery, any refund will be reduced by the delivery cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must retain the package ID and receipt for their shipment.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.
