Return & Exchange Policy

If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us via email at thingsadorableau@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note: Sale or marked-down items are excluded from this policy.

Return Conditions

  • All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and well-packaged to prevent damage.

  • Items must be returned with their original packaging intact, with tags still attached.

  • Please do not tape or attach anything directly to the product’s original packaging.

Exclusions

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Items with broken seals or missing tags.

  • Certain products for health and hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, and personal care products.

Shipping & Refund Policy

  • Freight charges are non-refundable, as they have already been incurred.

  • If you purchased furniture or bulky items over $100 with free delivery, any refund will be reduced by the delivery cost.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must retain the package ID and receipt for their shipment.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Out-of-Stock Items

We apologize for any inconvenience if an item is out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide the option to:

  1. Cancel your order for a full refund, or

  2. Assist you in finding an alternative product.
