Return & Exchange Policy

If the product doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us via email.

You have 7 days to initiate a return. Sale or marked down items are excluded from this policy.

All returned items must be unused, wrapped, and well-packaged to prevent damage to the original packaging. Please return items with their original packaging intact, and ensure that tags are still attached. Avoid taping or pasting anything directly onto the product's original packaging.

Please note that the right to return or exchange a product doesn't apply to items with broken seals or missing tags, nor to certain items for health or hygiene reasons, such as underwear, swimwear, and personal care products.

Freight charges are non-refundable, as they have already been incurred. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.


For customers who purchase furniture and bulky items valued at over $100 and receive free delivery, refunds on returned goods will be reduced by the delivery cost.

Note: As the customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. Please retain the package ID and request a receipt for your shipment. Please note that gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Out of Stock Items:

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by items that are out of stock. If this occurs, we will promptly notify you, giving you the option to cancel your order or providing assistance in finding an alternative product.
